A new beginning

Alfa Food was established in 2013 as a spices and food ingredients trading firm, based on its founding team ten years experience in the market. It has immediately become agent and sole importer of various European key brands. In December 2015 Alfafood acquired the production branch of the historic brand Ildia, established in 1928 for production of snacks, stock and other salted and sweet preparation formulas, thus adding an experienced industrial activity to its original mission, widening its lines and gaining new clients to the firm

Established in 1928, Ildia is a historical brand in Italian food industry for large caterings and restaurants: today, just like always, a high quality help in every kitchen task. In 2015 Ildia joined Alfafood S.r.l.: two different paths came together, a ninety years long presence among Italian food industry leaders met international food ingredients and spices trading.
